ISRAEL21c is looking for an energetic and organized Administrative Assistant to join us in Israel. Your job will be to assist the Editor of ISRAEL21c in making sure the Israeli operation runs smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to join an NGO making a real difference to the way the world views Israel.
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing administrative needs of the Israel office
• Preparing monthly budgets, billing and payments
• Managing affiliate programs
• Organizing podcasts and webinars
• Organizing and running editorial competitions
• Providing back office support
• Managing and organizing photo library
Requirements
• 1+ years of relevant administrative experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Wordpress
• Strong communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent English and Hebrew
• Israel-based, working remotely from home
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of journalism and social media
