Project Manager

Job Overview
Gvahim’s program for software engineers is growing and looking for a passionate project manager with a can-do attitude to lead our placement, marketing and training activities in Haifa. As regional project manager, you will work on the ground to recruit new participants for the program, manage their training, and support them in their job-search by connecting them to companies and mentors within the local tech eco-system.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will be Gvahim Tech Heights face in Haifa and work closely with the Tech Heights manager to implement the regional expansion strategy and ensure Gvahim’s high-quality program level.
· Creatively market and recruit Olim (and soon to be Olim) software engineers and data-scientists for the Tech Heights program by developing and maintaining local partner relations with other Olim programs, setting up events and creating social media content.
· Manage and coordinate job-search training by bringing top level lecturers, setting up innovative community activities and oversee progress on 1-1 HR consultation
· Recruit mentors
· Expand network of relationships with companies, and key figures from the local eco-system
Qualifications
· Min 1 years’ experience in recruitment/placement/ sourcing for technical roles
· Good knowledge of the tech eco-system in Israel
· Fluent English and Hebrew. Russian- big advantage!
· LinkedIn expertise
· Excellent presentation skills and a feel for social media marketing
· Very passionate about Gvahim’s vision
· Strong organizational and people skills
· A team player with ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and work independent
· Advantage: Previous experience in working with Olim and/or training coordination
