and looking for Administrative assistant :
Performing & supporting all day-to-day administrative tasks required to enable good and efficient work environment for employees, including:
Handling employees personal expenses & travel arrangements
Ongoing management of databases and attendance reports
Supporting procurement processes and approvals & ordering office supplies
Managing errands, collecting incoming shipments
Assistance with executing welfare activities
Requirements:
Experience in an administrative position at a high tech company - Advantage
Proficiency in MS Office
High degree of multi-tasking, prioritization and time management capability
Responsibility, reliability and confidentiality
Attention to detail, very organized, problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hebrew
Positive attitude, outgoing & friendly, team oriented, service oriented and a self-starter
