Orders Operator

For the headquarters of a global company that produce make-up products, based in central Tel-Aviv, we are looking to hire an experienced employee for our SUPPLY CHAIN & OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT.
JOB LOCATION: Tel Aviv
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Coordinating ready goods from the manufacturers to our different warehouses
• Receive, process and follow up customer POs according to product availability and delivery dates
• Monitoring product inventory and allocating stock accordingly to customers based
on availability.
• Working closely with the development and account manager team to ensure deadline are being met.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• An English speaker – mother tongue level –
• Proficiency to work on computerized systems and databases (SAP, Excel, etc.)
• At least 2 years of proven experience in an operational position working directly with a logistic warehouse (Inventory management, Planning, Distribution, Order processing, different parts of the supply chain, etc.).
• High proficiency in Excel – Data Analysis – An organized and analytical person is required
• A self-motivated person that will be able to analyze the data and able to make the correct decision.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
