Job Overview:
We are seeking a Full-time Field Director that will lead the Field team for our Birthright trips.
We are looking for someone with Field & Jewish/Israel education experience who can take initiative and manage multiple employees & tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Delegating field coordinators to groups
Supervising, hiring and training our field coordinators
Creating and managing work schedules for all coordinators
Communicating with Birthright Israel on any field related matters
Visiting groups and keeping up with their progress throughout the trip
Solving any on-field situations & emergencies
Reporting & overview of all incidents on the ground
Being the contact person for our Staff & Guides regarding on-field matters.
Welcoming groups at the airport and handling the logistical process until the end of their trip
Assistance in managing,supporting, and placing tour guides on trips
Point person for Sexual Harassment Prevention
Requirements:
Teudat Zehut or Work Visa
Excellent People & Time Management skills
Driver’s license
Fluent in English & Hebrew
Be available on weekends & irregular hours in the day
Experience working with American Jewry
Able to work under pressure
