Marketing Operator

A fresh startup in the DevOps space backed by leading VC’s is looking for a self motivated part time marketing operations, preferably with lead gen experience to join our marketing team in our TA based office.
A unique opportunity to join a startup in its early stages where all the magic happens - strategy building, branding, conducting marketing experiments, community building, researching and setting up the marketing building blocks for the journey ahead.
Our perfect candidate is a people's person, a native English speaker with great writing skills, a techi, a responsible, meticulous and analytical person, a great listener that asks the right questions to understand the task in hand and knows how to give and receive constructive feedback.
What will you be doing:
● Build, Manage and optimize lead gen campaigns and events
● Build our community and our presence online What should you bring to the table?
● Native English and exceptional writing and editing skills
● Experience in lead gen at a tech B2B SaaS company - a plus
● Experience working with marketing automation platforms - a plus
● An analytical thinker who is knowledgeable in Excel and can use data to optimize content strategy
● An eye for design
● An ability to work well within a team, and give and receive constructive feedback
