BNR Consulting is a niche marketing consulting firm specializing in ecommerce.
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to help us maintain wonderful relationships with our customers. If you are passionate about helping people, extremely organized and have a desire to learn, this role is for you!
Entry Level
Responsibilities:
Direct customer email relations
Processing customer requests and complaints
Data entry and tracking
*All communication is done via email
Requirements:
Familiarity with GSuite
Motivated
Passionate about customer service and relations
Energetic
Quick learning
Willingness to work in a fast paced environment
Customer success experience - a plus
