If you are a native English speaker, with a super hungry SALES DNA that is looking to join a small, exciting, and growing food delivery startup, and make great COMMISSIONS this role is for you.

What would you be doing:

• Close deals with US-based restaurants every single day.
• This role can be done remotely.
• Working hours are 2:30 pm-00:30 am (Israel Time) on Monday-Thursday and a split between Sunday/Friday.
• For relevant candidates - hands-on manager position is available (meaning you will do your own sales, and/or lead a team of a few reps as well)
What are we looking for:
• Native English speaker with a great understanding of the American culture/mentality.
• ‘Getting things done’ DNA, with the ability to go into the very fine details, and let the other side feel as though you have time for them and are not in a rush.
• Creativity, fast and self-learning character, ability to work in a constantly developing work environment.
• Ability to drive yourself and others (multiple customers) through multiple equivalent processes at the same time.
• Strong interpersonal skills, confidence to run calls, and exchange emails with a variety of American audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining positive energy and mindset even when customers are sometimes tiring.
• Own and manage relationships, including the nurturing of passive prospects.
• Prioritize opportunities and resources to maximize your own output.
• Develop close relationships with other groups in your company which are remote – other sales reps, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Hit and exceed your goals.
• Understand the importance of reports and dashboards in our CRM to evaluate your pipeline and KPIs
• Strong technology skills, ability to learn new systems, and always be able to optimize things on the fly.
• At least 3 years of experience in inside sales (CRM, ScreenSharing, Quota, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience doing sales in US hours from Israel.
• At least 1 year of experience in selling something to non-tech SMBs.
