Office Administrator

Ethernity Networks, a leading publicly traded hi-tech company in Lod, is looking to hire a general office administrator. This position requires a multi-tasking, self-motivated hard worker who would like to join a fast-growing, well-established company in the rapidly expanding field of telecommunications networking.
Responsibilities:
*Fill reception spot, welcome Company visitors and answer main phone switchboard
*Responsibility for basic maintenance of Company premises, ordering of office supplies and equipment
*Employee equipment ordering, tracking and coordination with IT manager
*Basic HR tasks – onboarding and offboarding staff
*Responsible for employees’ welfare (happy hour, birthday gifts, special events,)
*Weekly order of groceries and refreshments
*Management of Company cars, Company parking, Road 6 account, and building access security
*Oversee cleaning personnel, and ensure pleasant and tidy premises
*Collect post, arrange deliveries, and deal with import/export docs as necessary
*Responsible for entire purchasing process from the initiation of orders in the system through the receipt of the goods at warehouse
*Negotiate payment terms with various suppliers
*Monitor, manage, and provide feedback on the progress of the orders, resolving issues with suppliers
Inventory management
*Burn software on cards prior to delivery to the customers
*Operate across the various departments within the Company
*Other ad hoc tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
*English at a high level (speaking, reading, and writing)
*At least 2 years previous experience in similar positions
*Previous experience and proficiency in Priority and MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
*Good interpersonal skills and work ethic
*Positive attitude and willingness to take the extra step
*Own transport
*Available to work extra hours when necessary
