Our Storrsoft family is expanding and is looking for a junior account manager for an interesting and challenging position.
Student position for junior account manager.
At least three working days a week.
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing client-business relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction, developing account plans, and delivering proposals.
What you’ll do:
* Work with innovative companies and startups form all around the world.
* Work in a Tel Aviv based, young and dynamic company.
* Qualify incoming leads, help prioritize and redirect leads to the right process.
* Set meetings with the correct point of contact in the organization.
* Help new leads understand the value of our offering before they meet with a sales rep
* Assisting in construction and implementation of horizontal processes of improving customer experience.
* Retaining customers and reducing the clients abandonment.
Requirements - What you should have:
* Student of Business /Management or any related education
* Strong verbal and written skills
* Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
* Strong technological orientation
* Fluent with the English language (writing and speaking)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong understanding of the company's products and services.
* Experience with CRM - advantage
* Sales or sales development experience - advantage
