We are looking for talented, passionate, and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). As an SDR, you'll play a key role in our marketing and sales efforts through the development of SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) that result in more product demos and sales for the company.
What you’ll do as a Sales Development Rep, your main objective is to get prospective customers excited about what we’re doing and schedule product demonstrations for them with our Account Executives.
You’ll be in an integral part of helping the company build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and grow its revenue.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
Own and accurately qualify leads by building relationships with key decision-makers
Achieve monthly quotas of set meetings
Requirements:
Working American hours (3:30PM-11:30PM Israel time)
Comfortable making cold calls and repeatedly talking to new people all-day
1+ year experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
Persistent and results-oriented
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Experience selling SaaS software - Huge advantage
