Algosec is a growing global Hi-Tech company looking for an Admin Assistant to join the Operations & Administration team.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.
Reporting to: Global Administrative Service Manager
Location: Petach Tikva

Full time position (09:00-18:00)
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative needs, while managing a wide range of logistic responsibilities
- Main focal point for multiple interfaces, interiors and external, in Israel and abroad
- Liaise with senior management to handle administrative requests and queries
- Provide general support to visitors
- Reception Services
- Manage administrative budgets
- Oversee maintenance activities and tradespersons
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position in a Hi-Tech company (Global – advantage)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Hebrew
- Service oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
- Highly organized and flexible
- Must be responsible, self-directed and independent
- Bachelor ‘s Degree [advantage]
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point
