Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic entry-level marketing assistant to expand our reach and generate engagement and leads. You must love to work in a dynamic environment and be a self starter, and ‘own’ your role. The position involves planning and managing virtual events, including interface with partners, running social media platforms, and developing and creating engaging content. The job will also include list building and segmentation along with editing for style and content. Report directly to the CEO, high ceiling for potential growth.
The Position:
Excellent writing skills for blogs, newsletter and social media engagement
Boosting posts on Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter and targeting of relevant Facebook and Linkedin groups
Mailchimp and DRIP campaign management and monthly newsletter creation
Event Support such as list development/maintenance, content and design preparation, personalized segmentation and on the day operations
Working with partner institutions on branding, messaging and event coordination
Administration support to the CEO
Qualifications:
Majoring in marketing / digital media / communication
Excellent organizational and management skills
Self started and creative thinker
Native English required
Other languages (especially Hebrew) an advantage
0-2 years experience
The Details
40-50% time
Location: Virtual
