US and Canada market sales representative
This is a position with hours from 4:00 pm – 00:00 am Monday – Thursday. One Friday per 2 weeks 4 p.m-23:00 p.m
Position Tasks
- Work to qualify/close leads
- Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities
- Answer customer inquiries and requests through email, phone, and chat support in a timely manner.
- Gather product feedback and customer insights in order to constantly improve the customer experience.
- Properly manage and document all work performed
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English: Speaking, Reading, and Writing
- Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM Systems: Priority Advantage
- Effective written and verbal communicator.
- Comfortable managing several competing tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and superior time management skills
- Passion for consistently providing high-quality customer experiences
- Experience using HubSpot and Priority is a plus.
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
