What you would be getting into...
We are looking for an independent, people-oriented, and energetic Office & Welfare Manager to join us. Ultimately, the perfect candidate should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office as well as creating & maintaining our people experience and fun environment.
We’re looking for someone who possesses a ‘can-do’ approach, a positive attitude, a service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
You'd be a good fit if you...
Proven experience as an Office Manager, or other relevant roles at a hi-tech/startup company- Must.
Excellent Office skills- Must.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew- Must.
Responsible, independent with strong initiative skills.
Well organized with good attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Energetic, pro-active & creative.
Technology orientation - an advantage.
What You'll Do
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
Ownership on the front desk of the company – be the main focal point for employees & external visitors.
Lead all welfare activities and budgets.
Lead and create company events.
Employees onboarding & offboarding operation.
Take care of the office environment including ongoing maintenance, relationships with suppliers, etc..
Provide administrative support and assistance to departments and managers.
Travel and meeting arrangements.
Assist in the preparation of regular reports and coordinating finance expenses.
Coordinating office activities.
