As an Accounting Professional you will be responsible for:
Managing users’ accounts over QBO, leveraging our digital tools and automated workflows.
Supporting customers with their ongoing business needs and using customers’ feedback to help define our next product features.
Assisting in the development of our automated Federal and State income tax filing process.
Requirements:
Experience in working with QuickBooks Online.
Tech orientation, comfortable working with digital tools.
Passionate about creation and use of data.
Proactive team player who can work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both customer-facing and internally.
Native English speaker - strong advantage.
Experience in tax preparation - advantage.
CPA/EA - advantage.
