International Operations Manager

Kaleidoscope ltd., a Tel-Aviv based event and conference production company is looking for an international operations manager.
Job description and requirements:
• Coordinating conference programs and acting as point of contact for invited speakers from Israel and abroad.
• Working with graphic designers and content creation for marketing conferences
• Managing registration and hospitality arrangements for international guests and participants
• Coordinating and managing zoom meetings and webinars
• Client management and retention, including organizing and scientific committees for international conferences.
• Fluent in English (mother tongue) and Hebrew - conversational and written - a must.
Exceptional people skills, tech savvy, detail oriented and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
