Junior Project Manager

Supersmart is searching for a Junior Project Manager to work on multiple projects within our organization.
Junior Project Manager responsibilities:
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule
Report project progress to external and internal stakeholders
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Junior Project Manager requirements
Possessing a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Having project management experience 1-2 years
Knowing project management methodology
Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office
Retail specific knowledge advantage
Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
