Employment Advisor

We are looking for an Employment Advisor to join our team!
The Employment Advisor will be responsible for guiding ITC graduates through their job search.
This is a full-time position based in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
Responsibilities:
Preparing ITC graduates for screening processes in tech companies, including CV preparation, interviewing skills, workplace environment, etc.
Working with students and graduates to interview skills and coaching them through demos
Matching graduates to long-term positions according to profiles and company requirements and helping them apply to said positions
Maintaining a database of participants, graduates, and their status in their job search
Create original programming to help graduates in their job search
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Hebrew both spoken and written – a must
Academic degree – a must; MA/MSc – an advantage
2+ years of experience in placement or recruitment for Hi-Tech companies – a must
Deep understanding and knowledge of the start-up ecosystem in Israel
Passionate about people and technology
Detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure, strong team player
