The Deal Management Analyst serves as the subject matter expert on deal structure, comprehensive deal strategy, and internal deal issue resolution on behalf of the sales team for the entire sales process. The Deal Management Analyst performs the financial evaluation and go/no-go decision support of material business arrangements. This individual will work closely with cross-functional business partners from Finance, Business Development, Sales, and Legal to understand deal structure and formulate an economic evaluation. Need to identify entry barriers to adoption of Telit with customers and develop repeatable strategies and models to overcome said barriers. The candidate should also have some technical depth to help them reason about the technologies and services involved in a coherent way. The individual will have executive presence and the ability to present the complex in a clear and concise manner to senior management.
What Your Day Will Look Like
Provide financial modeling and business case support for new and prospective strategic partnerships.
Maintain the catalog of strategic partnership arrangements, inclusive of deal parameters, payment structure, customer pricing, and expected and actual performance.
Evaluate the economic impact of potential changes to customer pricing and promotions.
Conduct ongoing economic evaluation of existing partner relationships, presenting key findings to business leaders, with recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Provide finance support on large, cross-functional business opportunities that drive profitable account growth.
Produce ad-hoc, scenario-based value creation projections as needed to support business case generation.
Assist with complex contract negotiations and manage the approval process, including liaising with involved internal groups such as Legal, Finance, etc.
Review and verify incoming deals for accuracy; confirm transactions adhere to revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines; help coordinate system reviews, ensure accuracy of data and meet SLAs

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in Hebrew, as well as English.
A solutions-oriented and customer-centric personality.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint).
Effective working both independently and in a team environment.
Experience in a subscription business preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills that focus on effective persuasion
Natural comfort with numbers and a strong quantitative mindset
Ability to connect the dots and understand the second/third order effects
Ability to travel internationally (~15%).
