JOB REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in both English and Hebrew
Organized and detail oriented
Can manage multiple projects at a time
Working knowledge of Excel & Word
Takes initiative
Resourceful
Committed to the success of the company

ADMINISTRATIVE
Invoicing, sending proposals, contracts and payments
Assembling materials for bookkeeper (receipts etc.)
Research (vendors. venues etc.)

EVENT MANAGEMENT
Manage vendor relationships
Preparing and managing timelines
Placing orders

CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS
Handling inbound inquiries
Onboarding new clients (proposals and contracts)
Ongoing communication with clients

Ongoing communication with clients

HOURS
10-40 hours a week
Flexibility on work location with at least one day a week in the Jerusalem office

Salary commensurate with experience
