Fundraising Coordinator

Hashomer Hachadash is looking for a fundraising coordinator to Join the Fundraising team!
Responsibilities
1. Providing support for the department in locating potential donors, foundations, partners in Israel and abroad.
2. Writing requests, letters and reports for donors and partners.
3. Ongoing management of the organizational fundraising database (Salesforce)
4. Management of the organization's English Facebook page - locating marketing content within the organization’s Hebrew FB page that maybe suitable for donors and partners from abroad and uploading content in English - working alongside the organization's marketing department.
5. Leading and taking part in projects and events of the external relations department (production of content, gifts, etc. for partners and donors).
Requirements:
• Hebrew, English – both Mother tongue (Ability to write, speak and read)
• Experience and abilities in writing and editing professional and / or marketing content in English and Hebrew
• Experience in social networks (Facebook, Instagram)
• High administrative abilities
• Experience in Non-profits and / or social organizations - advantage
• Ability to learn independently and quickly
• Ability to work and make decisions independently as well as working as part of a team in a dynamic work environment
• Initiative and creativity
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Location - Flexible!! (You can work from home, meetings all over Israel)
