We’re looking for a results-oriented Senior Level caliber Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our company's web and mobile native services. The right person for the role can strategically manage an overall marketing plan, both executing as an individual product marketer, as well as coordinate with and leverage team members across the product, business, community, and functional marketing teams., Communicating results and calculating return on investment.
Organization: Learning Services. You will work together with other functions on some of our main products, a homework-help and learning solution that helps students get homework done, understand and deepen their knowledge, get better grades, and succeed in college. We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive growth and engagement. Spanning web and native applications, you will work closely with the product team to create and implement growth strategies for acquisition and engagement.
Your key responsibilities to include:
Own and drive the company growth, strategy, campaigns, tracking, attribution, and data analysis.
Establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of retention and engagement initiatives.
Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
Manage workstreams at both the planning level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth, identifying channel opportunities) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data and solving problems).
Position for 12 months with an option
Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Experience in designing and executing consumer web and mobile growth strategies.
Track record of delivering customer acquisition growth and optimization across key metrics.
Strong analytical skills, including a firm understanding of web and mobile analytics technologies, and the ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems in a quantifiable way.
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Experience working in cross-functional teams.
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Native English speaker – must
Self-starter self-reliant, thought leader, owns and drives.
Location: Rehovot.
Salary: 30-35K ILS.
