Project Coordinator and Content Writer

Project Coordinator and Content Writer for a Non-Profit Organization which engages in Hasbara for Judea and Samaria, fundraising for communities in Judea and Samaria and tour programs in that same area.
Job Description:
Coordinating all project requests from communities, including writing fundraising copy, assessing viability, and follow-up on performance. Writing and coordinating publication of brochures and print newsletters, writing for email blasts and other social media tools. Occasional administrative assistance.
Specific duties entail:
Project Administration – obtaining information on projects and communicating with communities and project directors (mostly in Hebrew), writing project proposals in English, ongoing follow-up on project progress, creative ideas as to how to present projects to donors. Tracking of project performance.
Writing and coordinating ongoing project reports to donors, including online, video and print content
Creative use of social media, website and e-mail in order to further the goals of the organization.
Writing and coordinating occasional print newsletters and brochures.
Job Requirements:
BA degree, preferably in humanities or social sciences.
Fluent in spoken and written English
Fluent in spoken and written Hebrew
Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word, Excel and Publisher)
Part-time position, 30 hours a week. Flexible hours a possibility.
Creativity, passion for the cause and a drive to succeed.
Excellent inter-personal skills
Preference will be given to candidates with the following added skills:
Superb written and verbal skills in English (mother tongue)
Experience in fund-raising
Understanding of Christian theology and culture
Culturally sensitive to people of a variety of cultural and national backgrounds
Extensive knowledge of the history of modern Israel
Extensive familiarity with the issues facing the settlement movement and the nature of these areas and communities.
Extensive knowledge of Tanach
Proficiency in social media
