Customer Service Representative

Annatel is an Israeli mobile wireless carrier offering services to olim in English and in French since over 10 years. We are very committed to customer satisfaction and try to provide innovative services.
You will be in charge of answering customers’ calls, emails, and Facebook and WhatsApp messages with excellent customer service, helping resolve issues customers might be experiencing (there will be a troubleshooting team available to guide you in the process), corresponding with our affiliates and forming new business opportunities.
Requirements:
Experience in customer relationship.
Experience in the telecom industry is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Conversational Hebrew required; French is a plus.
Must be able to work well with a team.
