As an Accounting Professional you will be responsible for:
- Managing users’ accounts over QuickBooks Online, leveraging our digital tools and automated workflows.
- Customer focal point - supporting customers with their ongoing business needs and using customers’ feedback to help define our next product features.
- Assisting in the development of our automated Federal and State income tax filing process.
Requirements:
- Experience in working with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks Online - strong advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Native English speaker - strong advantage.
- Tech orientation, comfortable working with digital tools.
- Passionate about creation and use of data.
- Proactive team player who can work independently.
Experience in tax preparation - advantage.
CPA/EA - advantage.
