A successful global consumer-products company is looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager and PA to senior management to help organize and coordinate office and HR administration duties. The main responsibilities of this role are to assure smooth operations of the company, create and maintain a pleasant work environment, and ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities
Office Management:
• Provide administrative support to senior management
• Coordinate special projects
• Manage the company’s expenses, accounts payables and receivables and laisse with external accountants
• Draft management and finance reports
• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships in fields of office supplies, information services, equipment etc
• Coordinate booking of travel and accommodation
Human Resources:
• Lead employee recruitment, contract administration, onboarding, policy implementation and termination
• Manage payroll and benefits administration
• Organize company events and social engagements
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Degree in Business Administration, Hunan Resources or comparable – preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, in both Hebrew and in English (required)
• Highest levels of integrity, honesty and flexibility
• Solid familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and online resources
