Temporary Assistant Controller

The ideal candidate will be comfortable to track financial information in a well-organized manner and to assist the Controller in all aspects related to finance at the organization's office in Jerusalem, Israel. The position is temporary for a period of 5-6 months.
*Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly financial reports & presentations
• Prepare weekly cash flow & cash tracking reports
• Perform bank reconciliations & record related journal entries
• Calculate & record monthly accruals
• Manage & record Intercompany transactions
• Perform reviews of supplier & customer accounts
• Track accounts receivable debt settlement
• Review and report monthly upload of transactions to VAT
• Support Controller in all financial matters of the organization
*Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
• 3 - 5 years experience in accounting
• Strong technical, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent Hebrew and English
