Production and Supply Chain Coordinator

Fast growing international make up company based in central Tel-Aviv is looking for a Production and supply chain coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Effectively communicate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of product in addition to ensuring all necessary approvals and quality standards are met
• Serve as liaison between vendors and planning
• Maintain and communicate project status with the internal team
• Establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with vendors.
• Monitor and track project status reporting
• Liaise with vendors and transportation partners to determine ideal scheduling and timelines
• Ensure the most economical transportation option is used to meet the customer’s demand (Ocean vs Air Freight)
• Updating the ERP system with any changes to the item parameters required to ensure correct communication and visibility with our internal teams
Requirements:
• Deep commitment to gain knowledge of the suppliers and cosmetic market.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize independently in a highly competitive and fast paced environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
• Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines
• Good PC and pack office skills
• High level of English verbal and written
