Microbiome Product Development Manager

Biomica is seeking a Microbiome Product Development Manager with industry experience to aid the development process of novel bio-therapeutics.
Responsibilities:
Planning and executing processes and optimization in microbial cultures development.
Design and monitor scale up and formulation processes internally and with CDMOs in preparation for clinical trials.
Support the preparation of quality and regulatory documents.
Introduce innovative methodologies, identify potential collaborations, and contribute to improvement of laboratory and scale-up methods and techniques.
Interfacing with a multidisciplinary team both internally and externally.
Prepare and present updates within and outside the company.
Requirements:
PhD/MSc in Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Pharmacology
2-5 years of experience in product development/ drug development/ CMC/ Formulation in a bio-pharmaceutical company.
Experience in microbiology– an advantage.
Background in microbiome/probiotics research – an advantage.
Excellent verbal and writing skills in Hebrew and English.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously & independently.
